Grades and Progress Reports

Many assignments will require students to enter answers into an online grading system. All homework assignments will be on paper, so that students can show all work, then students will enter the answers online. Students should not be online working problems. The problems should be completed on paper before they are entered online. Students should write the grade on their homework and be ready to ask questions the next day. (The online grade is so that the parents and the students know if the student is getting the understanding the work or not. All students should be using notes and class practice assignments to help them with the homework. At no time do I expect parents or siblings to help the student complete the work. (We all learn how to walk by falling, so it is ok for a student to make mistakes! That is how we learn.) I can see who did the homework before the students walk into class. If your family doesn’t have any access to the web at all, let me know and we will try to find a solution. (smart phones will work.)
