Hello my name is Kent Dudley and I am in my 27th year of education and 1st year with Anderson-Shiro. I will be an Assistant Football, Power Lifting and Baseball coach for the Owls this season. During my years in education, I have taught a variety of Social Studies classes ranging from American History, Economics and Government at the high school.

I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Education from Texas Christian University and a Master’s in Education from Concordia University, Texas. My professional development includes AP certification for US Government and World History. I will teach U.S History up to 1877 for the Jr. High this year.

One of my fondest memories while playing baseball was winning the NAIA College World Series in 1983 and being inducted into the Lubbock Christian University Hall of Honor in 2013. I was also given the honor as THSBCA 2013 Assistant Coach of the Year in Texas.

I am married (28 years) to Lucille and the proud father of two wonderful children. My daughter Meagan graduated from Texas A&M and is currently finishing up her Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management while also working with Walt Disney World in Orlando as a VIP Tour Guide.  My son Tyler graduated from Saginaw High School in 2015 and is currently studying International Studies at Texas A&M with a minor in Chinese. He will be traveling to China next summer for his study aboard and hopes to represent the United States Government after graduation one day in working with China.
